Our Business Policy   Sale of promotional items is final and non-refundable or exchangeable.   All items reserved shall remain to be the property of TianPo Jewellery until the payment balance is paid in full.   TianPo Jewellery reserves the right to forfeit deposit of any order that is not collected within 90 days.   All terms and conditions stated herein are subject to change without prior notice. Sales Exchange   Gem-set jewellery exchange is allowed within a month from the date of invoice and can be exchanged f or a different set of gem-set jewellery only.   916 & 999 yellow gold items must be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase to avoid a deduction in value.   All items exchanged must be in original condition; no alterations or engravings will be accepted. Original invoice is required as proof of purchase.   Items purchased are not exchangeable for cash. See Gold Jewellery Cash-back policy for details.   All items turned in for exchange must be priced the same or higher than the items exchanged for. Any difference in the purchase amount due to the exchange will not be refunded.   All 5-Star service care cards, authenticity certificates and any relevant laboratory certificates accompanying the purchased item must be returned with the exchange items.   Exchange is only applicable once for each item. Hearts On Fire Trade Up   Acceptance and value determination of items are dependable upon the condition of the jewellery; subject to in-store laboratory assessment and verification.   Only HOF diamond jewellery purchased from TianPo Jewellery can be traded up for HOF diamond jewellery. Any difference in the purchase amount due to the trade up will not be refunded.   Original invoice is required as proof of purchase.   There will be no cash refund for all HOF items sold.   All 5-Star service care cards, authenticity certificates and any relevant laboratory certificates accompanying the purchased item must be returned with the trade in items.   Determination of value for item purchased within 2 years is valued at its original invoiced amount. Gold Jewellery Trade Up and Cash-back   Only 850, 916 and 999 gold jewellery are acceptable for trade up. Value of item is determined by 18% less the actual gold weight at our prevailing gold rate.   Only 916 and 999 gold jewellery purchased from TianPo Jewellery are acceptable for cash-back. Invoice is required as proof of purchase. Value of item is determined by 18% less the actual gold weight at our prevailing gold rate plus 10% further reduction.   All terms and conditions stated herein are subject to change without prior notice. Diamond Jewellery Trade Up   Acceptance and value determination of item is dependable upon the condition of the jewellery; subject to in-store laboratory assessment and verification.   Trade up is applicable to item purchased no more than 5 years from the date of invoice in the amount of $500 and above only. Original invoice is required as proof of purchase.   Only diamond jewellery can be traded up for diamond jewellery. Any difference in the purchase amount due to the trade up will not be refunded.   All 5-Star service care cards, authenticity certificates and any relevant laboratory certificates accompanying the purchased item must be returned with the trade in items.   Determination of value for item purchased within 1 year is valued at invoice amount less 35% and 45% for items purchased up to 5 years from the date of invoice.   All terms and conditions stated herein are subject to change without prior notice.
