To qualify for the Jewel Card, simply accumulate $500 worth of receipts within a year. Terms & Conditions   The Jewel Card is issued by and remains the property of TianPo Jewellery.   The Jewel Card member shall return, surrender or produce the Jewel Card upon request.   All privileges pertaining to the Jewel Card can only be applicable upon presenting the Jewel Card.   All benefits and privileges are not exchangeable for cash or credit.   Discount privileges are not applicable with other promotions, discount or vouchers.   For every $100 purchase, 5 Jewel Dollars will be issued to the Card member. Any remaining value of each tax invoice not redeemed cannot be accumulated for future redemptions.   Jewel Card balance and expiry details are reflected on the statement.   Purchase with Jewel Dollars cannot be used to redeem additional Jewel Dollars.   Birthday gift vouchers are not applicable with Jewel Dollars.   The Jewel Card is not transferable and will be honoured only when presented by the Jewel Card member.   No fee will be levied for a first time replacement of the Jewel Card. However, a $10 administration fee will be charged for a subsequent replacement regardless of theft, loss or damage.   In the event of a change in address or the Jewel Card being stolen or lost, it is the Jewel Card member's responsibility to notify TianPo Jewellery at our customer service hotline: 1800 835 3355 during office hours or email: enquiry@tianpo.com. If this is not done, TianPo Jewellery will not be accountable for any consequences and any loss of benefits and/or privileges.   TianPo Jewellery reserves the right to correspond with all Jewel Card members via mail or email from time to time, unless withdrawal from mailing list is requested by the Jewel Card member in formal writing or email.   The Management shall be the sole authority for the interpretation of these terms and conditions and the decision of the Management shall be final as binding on the Jewel Card member.
